App development for any startup doesn’t end when the technology goes live for users. Choosing the right method to build an app — whether DIY, offshoring, hiring a freelancer, hiring a team, or using a product — can have an impact on the tool’s potential for iterations down the road, says George Brooks, co-founder of Crema.
