There are a boatload of entrepreneurial events hosted in Kansas City on a weekly basis. Whether you’re an entrepreneur, investor, supporter or curious Kansas Citian, we’d recommend these upcoming events for you.


WEEKLY EVENT PREVIEW

 

Second Fridays
When: June 10 @ 4:30 pm – 7:00 pm
Where: Village Square Coworking Studio
We’ll provide games & cards. This event is BYOB with a twist – bring a 6-pack of your favorite beer to share and we’re going to have a “beer potluck” cooler.

WordCamp KC
When: June 10 – June 12
Where: Kauffman Foundation
WordCamp Kansas City is an annual conference focused on free and open source software WordPress, as well as blogging, content distribution, social media, entrepreneurship and more. A full list of speakers and topics are on the website.

CoderDojoKC
When:
June 11 @ 9:00 am – 12:00 pm
Where: Google Fiber
A free way for kids to learn to code in the Kansas City area. Mentor powered and technology driven.

The Marketing Series: Growth Hacking 101
When:
June 15 @ 11:00 am – 12:30 pm
Where: Sprint Accelerator
Join us at the ECJC to learn about the difference between marketing and growth hacking, how to define goals goals that will help your business grow and chart your progress towards them, and how to run experiments to test what your customers want and need.

KC Roundtable Breakfast
When:
June 16 @ 7:30 am – 9:00 am
Where: Eggtc.
KC Roundtable is in existence to provide 20 and 30-something Kansas City entrepreneurs with a group of peers to support and collaborate on each others’ businesses.

GUILDit
When: June 16 @ 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm
Where: Kemper Art Museum
GUILDit is a gathering that helps craft a stronger Kansas City creative economy, one art entrepreneur at a time.

Kansas City Developer Conference
When: June 23 – 24
Where: Kansas City Bartle Hall
This event draws a large audience of new and experienced Developers, Project and Technology Managers from Missouri, Kansas, Illinois, Nebraska, Iowa, Minnesota, the Dakotas and Oklahoma.

The Lean Lab’s Innovation Workshop
