WEEKLY EVENT PREVIEW

Second Fridays @ Village Square
When: May 13 @ 4:30 pm – 7:30 pm
Where: Village Square Coworking Studio
Second Fridays is a casual, fun gathering for the startup community. This event is BYOB with a twist – bring a 6-pack of your favorite beer to share and we’re going to have a “beer potluck” cooler. 

CoderDojoKC
When: May 14 @ 9:00 am – 12:00 pm
Where: Google Fiber
A free way for kids to learn to code in the Kansas City area. Mentor powered and technology driven.

KC Podcaster Meetup
When: May 14 @ 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Where: GRID
KC Podcaster and Social Media Meetup is the 2nd Saturday of the Month – from 4:00 to 6:00 PM at The GRID. Podcast Hall of Fame 2016 Inductee Rob Walch will be doing a presentation on optimal podcast promotion. 

Coding & Cocktails
When: May 14 @ 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Where: The Nerdery
Women are invited to attend sessions to get an introduction to website building in a fun, laid-back atmosphere.

Flokk Happy Hour
When: May 14 @ 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm
Where: Boulevard Brewery
Come join local events startup Flokk for their Happy Hour with #Bottomless Boulevard beer and wine. The event is $30 and starts at 6pm, Royals game will be on at 6:15.

Gigabit City Summit
When: May 16 – May 18
Where: UMKC Bloch School

Small Business Ownership

Net Inclusion 2016: The National Digital Inclusion Summit
