Make 48 Competition

Where: Union Station
Make48™ is an event spotlighting invention and a timed product making challenge. Teams apply and compete to develop a new commercial product idea in a 48 hour invent-a-thon weekend.

Code for America Hack Night
When: October 5 @ 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Where: Sprint Accelerator
Whether or not you know how to code, you can help by joining us to work on civic hackery to create a better Kansas City and surrounding cities.

First Wednesday Series: Terry Van Der Tuuk
When: October 7 @ 5:00 pm – 6:30 pm
Where: UMKC Bloch Executive Hall
This unique networking opportunity will bring together members of Kansas City’s entrepreneurial community to hear Terry Van Der Tuuk discuss angel investing and his company Graphic Technologies, Inc. 

Coding & Cocktails
