SquareOffs USE (1 of 1)SquareOffs recently landed a client that may place its web-based debate technology in front of millions of more people.

The company partnered with digital media network Rant Inc. to offer its online debate and polling tech to engage Rant’s readers and increase their advertising revenue.

“It’s one of the bigger contracts that we’re apart of,” SquareOffs CEO Jeff Rohr said. “We’re really excited about this partnership due to the variety of the content that they have. … That’s going to give us really good numbers to see how SquareOffs performs across different categories.”

The companies together have launched “Rant Offs” to cull more interaction with Rant content, drive traffic and gain more insight on readers. Rant’s network of websites — covering such topics as lifestyle, sports and politics —pulls in more than 100 million page views per month.

Rant Offs was announced May 22 as part of the CBS Sports Knockout Night at the D in Las Vegas with viewers and celebrities weighing in on a variety of topics such as “Deflatgate” and the NBA Playoffs.

Founded in 2012, SquareOffs now has 6 employees and offers its debate and polling technology to a variety of college sports, politics and publishing websites.
